WHAT IS APPLIED METAPHYSICS?
Applied Metaphysics is a tailored approach that blends deep philosophical inquiry with experiential techniques that help clients access higher states of awareness and clarity. Using first principles to ask targeted, perspective-shifting questions helps clients break through mental barriers and uncover their true desires or needs. This kind of questioning, rooted in logic and foundational truths, serves as a powerful tool for peeling back layers of uncertainty and guiding clients toward their authentic self.
*Sessions are available to individuals aged 35 and older, as a certain level of lived experience is essential for engaging fully with this work.
First Principles Thinking
Over two thousand years ago Aristotle defined a first principle as “the first basis from which a thing is known”. First principles thinking is a problem-solving approach that breaks down complex ideas and challenges into their most basic, fundamental truths. By stripping away assumptions and traditional methods, it allows you to rebuild solutions from the ground up, leading to innovative and creative outcomes. It’s about questioning the status quo and thinking independently to uncover new possibilities and achieve breakthrough results.

This review could easily stretch into several pages, but I'll do my best to condense it.
I first connected with Michelle through an email she sent, inviting me to participate in an interview. Attached was her paper titled “The Hidden Predator: Deconstructing the Shadow Side of Reality.” I read it and was immediately struck by how deeply she seemed to understand the hidden predator—something I had long recognized as a force in my own life.
For most of my life, this unseen predator had loomed over me, impacting me since childhood. Not wanting to be dismissed as crazy, I had no choice but to figure out how to deal with it on my own, without any external help. During my interview with Michelle, she came across one of my blogs—“The That’s A Lie Program”—where I explain how anyone can use this method to banish negative voices, emotions, and trauma.
After that conversation, Michelle invited me to participate in her PhD research program, which I instantly accepted.
Each monthly meeting left me astounded. Michelle has this incredible ability to remind me of strengths and abilities I had long forgotten. We even ventured into a place I’ve always returned to—my "secret place," an in-between-lifetimes-space where I store the lessons and experiences I’ve gathered from each lifetime. It’s similar to the Akashic records, but uniquely my own.
